Ibis Birmingham Bordesley Hotel

Convenient location for work and amenities. Lovely shower, comfy bed.

Rooms were uncomfortably hot and difficult to cool down. Noisy area, couldn't open the windows.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Birmingham. Best aspects were easy to find location from the motorways, very friendly and helpful staff, and it was very near to the football ground where we were going. The hotel was clean throughout and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and there was lots of parking available. The hotel's proximity to other areas of Birmingham was also a plus.

Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel has very good staff and rooms, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a work desk, coffee/tea makers and satellite TV in the room.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. The reason we liked it was great staff and rooms. We got a room with a bath.

Conveniently located with secure parking and a nearby McDonald's. Comfy adjustable beds and controllable air conditioning. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Price is reasonable. Second stay and always satisfied.

Comfortable stay, as always. Quiet and fairly clean place, everything was good. I thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was 25 minutes drive from the airport.

We had a lovely stay at Ibis! The location was great, just a short walk to the city center. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was polite and friendly, especially the check-in guy. it was a brilliant stay over two nights and I would definitely book an Ibis hotel again.

There was a bit of noise from the roads outside, as the hotel is situated off a dual carriageway. Additionally, the green doors and decor in the hallways gave off a bit of an outdated vibe.

In my twin room there was a comfortable bed that I liked. The staffs were helpful & knowledgeable. Full English breakfast with lots of good meals to choose from.

Hotel's reception was modern. I asked for double room with an electronic key card, a work desk and TV, it was compact.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, within walking distance of popular attractions and shopping areas. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and informative, providing useful information about transportation, local pubs, and shopping options. The buffet-style breakfast offered at a reasonable price was a great value. there was ample parking available on-site without any additional cost.

The bathroom cleanliness was below standard and the towels were dirty upon arrival.

Room was non-smoking and featured central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk.

Exceptional units and polite staff.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located on a bustling roundabout in a convenient area of Birmingham. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided great service, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and the shower was particularly impressive. The room provided ample space, making it wheelchair accessible. I also appreciated the tea and coffee amenities in the room. Moreover, the breakfast offered a variety of brand named items, including vegan options. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
